Presentation

I like to travel and try dishes from all over the world. As I can not be constantly travelling to try different cuisines. I have decided to bring the world to my kitchen.
While I learn about the culinary culture of each country, I learn cooking techniques. So far I've cooked not much, so the blog recipes are designed for learners like me, wanting to 'conquer the world'. I will make recipes from all countries of the world in alphabetical order, changing the continent after each country: Africa, America, Asia, Europe, Oceania and back again. As I also like Spanish food, after each tour round the world I'll stop in a Spanish province to also enjoy Spanish cuisine. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
