Ingredients:
- 3 green bananas.
- 300 grams lentils.
- 1 onion.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 tablespoon curry.
Method:
1- Peel and cut the bananas into slices, then cut the onion, garlic and tomato into pieces.
4- Add other layer of bananas, onion and garlic.
5- Add water until you just cover the ingredients.
They will cook faster if you cover the casserole leaving a space to let the steam go out.
